Floral Prints, Bright Colours And A Sunny Trip To Maldon

Hello lovelies! So, today i went for a trip to Maldon with my family and boyfriend, Joe. I had such a nice day (it was so sunny too!), and Maldon is very pretty so i had to blog my day for you guys. (My lovely sister Shannon is once again the photographer.) I also decided to wear bright colours today which is a rare occurrence as my wardrobe normally consists of Black's and Grey's. Anyway, i will list where i got my outfit from and i hope you enjoy some pictures from my day too. Also, although many of the pieces are not on sale anymore i hope my outfit can help inspire your Spring style, and give you a idea of new outfits you could try. Where is a place you like to visit a lot? What's your go to Spring look? Hope you all had a lovely Sunday, like i did! :)

Kimono: Primark (Quite old and was my sister's until i stole it)
Crop top: Local shop (Won't put it on here, but you can find similar kind of tops in Topshop, New Look etc - high polo neck with no sleeves)
Skirt: Missguided
Shoes: New look

I love the floral print on this kimono as it brings a pop of colour to this outfit, and goes perfectly well with the colour of the crop top. It's perfect to throw on as a light jacket if its hot out but you can also wear a jacket over it as shown below! The skirt is lovely for Spring as it may not be hot enough to brave a short skirt or shorts, and it still lets you show off some skin, but you won't get cold doing it! (Its quite thick too so at least you will be warm!).

Jacket: Topshop (Not on sale anymore, but similar ones are still sold there)
Here are a couple pictures from the day out! :)

I obviously had to make Joe take a selfie of us! I don't think there is a day i don't take one!!!! :) At least he puts up with it. I think i could definitely do with some sunglasses here too hahaha.

A good day out definitely includes a hot chocolate! (Without marshmallows for me though!) Also, a great thing about walking along the Promenade is the amount of dogs you see. How cute is this puppy we sat next to for a bit!? I really really want a dog at the minute, but it won't be happening anytime soon :(

Anyway, thank you for reading this post and i hope you liked seeing a look into my sunny Sunday and looking at what i'm wearing for Spring now too. I hope you have a lovely day! Leave a comment below on what you thought :)
